The body appears as a mechanical figure, captured within a sequence of systems that never run entirely in sync with one another or within one another. As a result, it is no longer perceived as a unified subject, but unwittingly evolves into a single set piece, an artefact of individual movement. What initially still appears to be a physical presence increasingly eludes any human scale. The inhuman aspect of the movement becomes a clearly connoted distinction from the human.
