A self-portrait situated between natural structures and digital measurement. A network-like algorithmic structure, which has naturally settled over the upper body and face in specific places, alludes to codes, recognition systems and markings. Yet the entire structure is damaged in places, has already partially dissolved, and is consequently extremely vulnerable. A personal withdrawal from a system whilst simultaneously revealing systemic processes – a tension between external imagination and an internal unavailability that responds to it.
